राष्ट्रपति अहमदीनेजाद का ब्लॉग

पश्चिमी दुनिया में एक उजड्ड किस्म के व्यक्ति के रूप में देखे जाने वाले ईरान के राष्ट्रपति महमूद अहमदीनेजाद ने इसी हफ़्ते अपना ब्लॉग www.ahmadinejad.ir शुरू कर तथाकथित संभ्रांत और हाईटेक राजनेताओं को चौंका दिया है.

आपको याद होगा कि इससे पहले ईरान के ही पूर्व उपराष्ट्रपति मुल्ला मोहम्मद अली अबताही के लोकप्रिय ब्लॉग से पश्चिमी दुनिया को झटका लगा था. तब प्रतिष्ठित विज्ञान जर्नल 'न्यू साइंटिस्ट' में हाईटेक मुल्ला अबताही का दो पन्ने का इंटरव्यू छापा गया था.

मुल्ला अबताही फ़ारसी के साथ-साथ अंग्रेज़ी में भी लिखते हैं, जबकि राष्ट्रपति अहमदीनेजाद के ब्लॉग को फ़ारसी के अलावा अंग्रेज़ी, फ़्रेंच और अरबी भाषा में भी डाला गया है. ज़ाहिर है अहमदीनेजाद अपनी जनता के साथ-साथ दुनिया भर के लोगों से भी सीधा संवाद करना चाहते हैं.

अपने ब्लॉग की पहली प्रविष्टि को राष्ट्रपति अहमदीनेजाद ने आत्मपरिचय पर केंद्रित रखा है. ख़ास कर, उन्होंने अपनी निर्धन और अविशिष्ट पृष्ठभूमि का ज़िक्र किया है. अहमदीनेजाद अपने लेख की शुरूआत में ईरान के तत्कालीन शाह मोहम्मद रज़ा के भ्रष्ट शासन का ज़िक्र करते हैं-

During the era that nobility was a prestige and living in a city was perfection, I was born in a poor family in a remote village of Garmsar-approximately 90 kilometer east of Tehran. I was born fifteen years after Iran was invaded by foreign forces- in August of 1940- and the time that another puppet, named mohammad Reza – the son of Reza Mirpange- was set as a monarch in Iran. Since the extinct shah -Mohammad Reza- was supposed to take and enter Iran into western civilization slavishly, so many schemes were implemented that Iran becomes another market for the western ceremonial goods without any progress in the scientific field.

अपने पिता की तारीफ़ करते हुए ईरानी राष्ट्रपति ने लिखा है-

My family was also suffered in the village as others. After my birth -the fourth one in the family- my family was under more pressures. My father had finished 6 grade of elementary school. He was a hard-bitten toiler blacksmith, a pious man who regularly participated in different religious programs. Even though never the dazzling look of the world was appealing to him, but the pressure of the life caused that he decided to migrate to Tehran when I was one year old. We chose to live in south central part of Tehran where is called Pamenar.

अमरीकी पिट्ठू शाह रज़ा के प्रति अपनी घृणा और अयातुल्ला ख़ुमैनी के प्रति अपने आदर भाव को अहमदीनेजाद से खुल कर व्यक्त किया है-

My father used to buy newspaper all the time. I remember one day, when I was in first grade, by looking through a newspaper – with the help of the adults in our house- I read the news of the capitulation passage by the shah’s so called “parliament.” Even though I did not understand the meaning of that issue at that time, but due to the protests and the objections of the religious schools of thoughts with the leadership of Imam Khomeini -Almighty God bless his soul- and the relentless reaction of the extinct shah, I realized that Mohammad Reza attempted to add another page to his vicious case history which was the humiliation and indignity of the Iranian people versus Americans. That was the year that the extinct shah slaughtered many followers of Imam Khomeini.

राष्ट्रपति अहमदीनेजाद इस बात को भी रेखांकित करना नहीं भूलते कि वह शुरू से ही पढ़ाई-लिखाई में तेज रहे हैं. हालाँकि स्कूल के दिनों में घर की ख़स्ताहाल आर्थिक हालत के चलते उन्हें नौकरी भी करनी पड़ती थी. अहमदीनेजाद गर्व से ज़िक्र करते हैं कि विश्विद्यालय की प्रवेश परीक्षा में कैसे उन्होंने चार लाख प्रतियोगियों में उन्होंने 132वाँ स्थान पाया था-

I was a distinguished student. From that time, I was interested and attached to teaching. I used to teach my friends and others in their houses. The last year of my high school, I prepared myself for university admission test-conquer. And later on that year, I took the test. Although I had nose bleeding during the test, but I became 132nd student among over 400 thousand participants. I was admitted for civil engineering major in one of the technical universities in Tehran. That was three years before the revolution. Even though the revolution was taking place and I was involved in certain activities against the illegitimate regime of the monarch in Iran-the mercenary & puppet of U.S. & Britain- but I was aware of my education and did not give it up.

राष्ट्रपति अहमदीनेजाद का ब्लॉग चार भाषाओं में होने के अलावा इंटरएक्टिव भी है. आप उनके पोस्ट पर अपनी प्रतिक्रिया लिख सकते हैं. उनके पोस्ट पर प्रतिक्रिया के अलावा आप राष्ट्रपति से सीधा सवाल पूछना चाहते हैं तो उसकी भी व्यवस्था है.

अहमदीनेजाद के ब्लॉग पर पाठकों के लिए एक सवाल भी है- क्या आपको लगता है कि लेबनान पर हमला कर अमरीका और इसराइल का उद्देश्य एक और विश्व युद्ध शुरू करने का है? इसके उत्तर में 'हाँ' या 'नहीं' पर क्लिक करना है. और आज की तिथि में ढाई लाख से ज़्यादा वोट पड़ने के बाद 56 प्रतिशत की राय है- नहीं.

राष्ट्रपति अहमदीनेजाद ने अपने ब्लॉग की पहली प्रविष्टि बड़ी लिखी है, यानि क़रीब 2300 शब्दों की. आत्मकथात्मक है इसलिए भावनाओं को शब्दों की सीमा में बाँधने की मुश्किलों को समझा जा सकता है. हालाँकि उन्होंने आश्वस्त किया है कि आगे से प्रविष्टियाँ छोटी हुआ करेंगी.

हो सकता है ईरान के हाई-प्रोफ़ाइल नेताओं के मुक्त जनसंचार की आधुनिकतम विधा वेबलॉग या ब्लॉग अपनाने पर कुछ लोगों को आश्चर्य हो, लेकिन मुझे तो लगता है कि एक बार फिर कंप्यूटिंग अपने जन्मस्थान की ओर लौट रहा है. भले ही कुछ लोगों को लगता हो कि कंप्यूटिंग की शुरूआत महाशक्तिमान अमरीका ने की है, लेकिन इतिहास की सतह को थोड़ा-सा खुरचने मात्र से ही इस दावे की पोल खुल जाती है. किसे नहीं पता कि कंप्यूटिंग की जान है- 0 (शून्य या ज़ीरो). शून्य की खोज हुई भारत में, और इस खोज को पश्चिमी जगत तक पहुँचाया प्राचीन मध्य-पूर्व के विद्वानों ने अपने अरबी-फ़ारसी साहित्य के ज़रिए. सीधी-सी बात है, शून्य के बग़ैर कंप्यूटिंग और कंप्यूटर का अस्तित्व नहीं होता.
